Apple Crisp

whe n the night are long, crisp and cool. The fall colors are so strong
It gets wet. That's ok. So do I.
But it's nice knowing I can come back to my cold home.
And whip up a nice batch of Apple Crisp's in the oven.

Just hope i SAVED some vanilla ice cream.
Perfect match for the cold night and warm body.

This may not be the best receipt but it sure is easy.
Just don't try cutting the butter with an egg beater; it does not work.
I just sliced the butter up and then stuck my hands in to break up the clumps.
